1. Chop the onion and garlic. 2. Sauté onion and garlic in pan with oil of your choice (we use olive oil). *Don’t over cook - don’t want them to be brown or burnt in any way. 3. Mix with ground turkey in a bowl 4. Pour in breadcrumbs and egg and mix all together 5. Start to put in a burger shape 6. Grill on each side
