This is a straightforward recipe for healthy and tasty turkey burgers to fill you up without weighing you down.

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 Pinch of pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 Pound Foster Farms Organic Ground Turkey
- lettuce
Directions
1. Chop the onion and garlic. 2. Sauté onion and garlic in pan with oil of your choice (we use olive oil). *Don’t over cook - don’t want them to be brown or burnt in any way. 3. Mix with ground turkey in a bowl 4. Pour in breadcrumbs and egg and mix all together 5. Start to put in a burger shape 6. Grill on each side
