  • 1/2 package tofu, such as House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu, Soft
  • 2 stalks kale (about 2 cups), torn into small pieces
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 or 2 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 Cup ice


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
