Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated mini chocolate chip cookie bar dough, such as nestle toll house
- 3/4 cup prepared chocolate frosting
- 24 nestle jingles, any flavor, unwrapped
- white decorating gel
- black decorating gel
Directions
- Prepare cookies as directed on package. Cool completely.Frost cookies with chocolate frosting leaving a border around the edges. Place a Jingle in center of each frosting. Squeeze white decorating gel around base of each Jingle to form white hat rim. For the buckle, squeeze a drop of black decorating gel on the white rim.
