1 ounce raspberry or chambord liqueur
.75 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce egg white
1 raspberry

Directions

Add all ingredients and dry shake with no ice. Next, hard shake with ice and double strain into small coupe. Garnish with a raspberry on a bamboo stick.
