Chicago’s Ovie Bar & Grill has a full service bar that offers imaginative cocktail drinks. The Fulton District River District restaurant’s unique gin-based cocktail is called the Sylvan. With Tanqueray, orange bitters and garnish, and sage leaves, this cocktail is surely delicious and unique.

1.5 ounce tanqueray
.5 ounce domaine de canton
3 dash of orange bitters
3 sage leaves
orange slice
dash of soda

Directions

Muddle orange slice, bitters and sage in cocktail mixer. Add in gin and Domaine de Canton over ice. Shake ONCE. Pour into rocks glass and garnish with orange slice.
