- 1½ ounces dark rum, preferably Gosling’s Black Seal rum
- Splash of bitters (optional)
- About ½ cup ginger beer
- Juice of ½ lime, plus a wedge for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add rum, a splash of bitters, if desired, and top with ginger beer. Squeeze the lime into the glass, stir, and add lime wedge as garnish.
