Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pasta

An easy stovetop recipe that is surprisingly refreshing, this simple pasta recipe is fabulous for a hearty weeknight meal. 


  • 4 thin cut chicken breasts, cubed
  • 12 Cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Cup cook spniach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 Cups cooked penne pasta
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, chopped


In a large saucepan, drizzle in olive oil  and saute the cubed chicken, onion, seasonings, and green peppers until fully cooked. Drain the excess oil from the pot and return the mixture to the stove. On a medium heat, stire in the pasta, spinach, and alfredo sauce, continually stirring to thorough incorporate all of the ingredients until fully warmed. Serve hot and enjoy!
