  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cup frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Handcraft patties one at a time and place gently in pan. Turn over after 5 to 7 minutes and cook for another 5 to7 minutes. Serve on a fresh hamburger bun or wrapped in lettuce.
