The best tacos don’t require tons of components: A lightly-charred corn tortilla, seared meat, chopped onion, a little cilantro, and a squeeze of lime is usually all you need.
Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned. Spoon steak onto tortillas; sprinkle with onions and cilantro; drizzle with salsa. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling.
