Sneaky Spinach Chia Smoothie Recipe


Trying to find more ways to incorporate healthy greens into your diet? Sneak a little spinach into your smoothie — the fruits are so balanced, you won’t even notice that the spinach is there.  Chia seeds add protein, calcium, and antioxidants.


  • ¼ Cup coconut water
  • ½ Cup blueberries
  • 1 Cup baby spinach
  • 2/3 Cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ Cup cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ Cup pineapple


Place the coconut water, then the softest fruit, on the bottom of the blender. Layer the heavier and firmer items on top. Blend until smooth.
