This cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to those sweet and smoky barbecue flavors that you’ll be enjoying all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce Scotch whisky, such as Usquebach Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky
  • 1 Ounce Contrato Bianco or Lillet Blanc
  • 1 Ounce vermouth, such as La Quintinye Vermouth Royal
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Lemon twist, to garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Rim the coupe with the lemon twist, before dropping it into the drink.
