- 2 Pounds cubed pork tenderloin or 1 boneless pork shoulder
- 1 Tablespoon apple wood smoke rub
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Cup barbecue sauce
Rub spices and sugar into pork thoroughly. Put in the crock pot. Pour barbecue sauce all over the meat and make sure it it well coated.
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Set on low for 8 hours.
DO NOT remove the lid until finished cooking.
