Slow-Cooker Harvest Ham Supper
  • 6 carrots, cut into two-inch pieces
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, quartered
  • 1 1/2 pound boneless ham
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 4 cloves
  • cornbread (optional)
  1. Layer carrots, potatoes, ham, and syrup in a Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cornbread, if desired.
