Ingredients
  • 8 eggs, well beaten
  • 6 links, precooked turkey breakfast sausage, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue diamond original unsweetened almond breeze
Directions
  1. Spray the container of a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Beat eggs, Almond Breeze, flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until eggs are set in the center.
