- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 6 links, precooked turkey breakfast sausage, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 Teaspoons baking soda
- 1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3/4 Cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 Cup Blue Diamond Original Unsweetened Almond Breeze
Spray the container of a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat eggs, Almond Breeze, flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until eggs are set in the center.
