Slow Cooker Eggs Recipe


A delicious slow cooker egg recipe featuring Almond Breeze milk. 


  • 8 eggs, well beaten
  • 6 links, precooked turkey breakfast sausage, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 Teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3/4 Cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Diamond Original Unsweetened Almond Breeze


Spray the container of a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. 

Beat eggs, Almond Breeze, flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker. 

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until eggs are set in the center.
