Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package of mccormick® slow cookers bbq pulled pork seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup french's® tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Seasoning Mix, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and water until blended.
  3. Pour over chicken. Cover.
  4. Cook 5 hours on LOW or 2 1/2 hours on HIGH.
  5. Remove chicken from slow cooker.
  6. Shred chicken using 2 forks.
  7. Return chicken to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce before serving.
  8. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
