Simple Microwave Scrambled Eggs

You just need a mug, fork, microwave, and 2 minutes to make creamy scrambled eggs

Scrambled eggs are a simple breakfast, and are made even simpler when you cook them in the microwave.

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.

Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir the eggs. Microwave for a further 30-45 seconds until the eggs are almost set. Serve immediately.
