This recipe is a rich and delicious addition to your holiday meals. If you want to enhance your already incredible yams, there's nothing better than marshmellows.

Ingredients

  • 6 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 bag mini marshmallows

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Peel and quarter the sweet potatoes. Boil them until soft.

Add the butter and mash together. Mix in brown sugar and cinnamon.

Put mixture in a casserole dish and cover with mini marshmallows. Bake for 30 minutes or until marshmallows are browned.
