Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • a handful of kale
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, such as premium health warrior chia seeds
Directions
  1. In a blender, add the shake ingredients, and blend until smooth. Drink immediately and enjoy!
