Shamrock Kale Shake


Your smoothie should have six ingredients, not 54. With the help of Julia Hanlon of Running On Om, Health Warrior has developed a healthier alternative to a traditional sugar-laden Shamrock Shake, featuring kale and chia seeds.


  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • frozen banana
  • 1 Cup frozen mango
  • A handful of kale
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, such as Premium Health Warrior Chia Seeds


In a blender, add the shake ingredients, and blend until smooth. Drink immediately and enjoy!
