Ingredients

  • 60 egg yolks
  • 6 cup sugar
  • 6 quarts of heavy cream
  • 6 pieces of vanilla bean

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Add mixture to ramekins, making sure to not fill the whole ramekin, about more than half way.Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.When it comes out of the oven top with sliced fresh strawberries.
