This French classic is easy to make at home with a few simple steps and is topped with sliced strawberries and served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 60 egg yolks
- 6 cup sugar
- 6 quarts of heavy cream
- 6 pieces of vanilla bean
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Add mixture to ramekins, making sure to not fill the whole ramekin, about more than half way.Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.When it comes out of the oven top with sliced fresh strawberries.
