Salt Roasted Potatoes
  • 1 pound small red, purple, and yellow potatoes
  • plucked rosemary
  • chopped parsley
  • minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • mortonĀ® coarse sea salt
  • peppercorns
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Toss cleaned potatoes in olive oil and minced garlic and set aside.
  3. In a baking pan pour an even amount of coarse sea salt making a salt bed.
  4. Sprinkle peppercorns and rosemary on salt bed.
  5. Line pan with potaotes. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
