- 1 Pound small red, purple, and yellow potatoes
- plucked rosemary
- chopped parsley
- minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Morton® Coarse Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss cleaned potatoes in olive oil and minced garlic and set aside.
In a baking pan pour an even amount of coarse sea salt making a salt bed.
Sprinkle peppercorns and rosemary on salt bed.
Line pan with potaotes. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
