Salt-Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are so tasty you can eat them on their own

If you love potaotes try roasting them on a salt bed!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound small red, purple, and yellow potatoes
  • plucked rosemary
  • chopped parsley
  • minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Morton® Coarse Sea Salt
  • peppercorns

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

Toss cleaned potatoes in olive oil and minced garlic and set aside. 

In a baking pan pour an even amount of coarse sea salt making a salt bed. 

Sprinkle peppercorns and rosemary on salt bed. 

Line pan with potaotes. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
