Ingredients
- 1 ounce suntory toki whisky
- 3/4 ounce pomp & whimsy gin liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fino sherry
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup (2:1)
- 1 and 1/2 ounces champagne
- 2 strawberries
Directions
- Begin by muddling strawberries with honey syrup in a mixing tin; add all other ingredients except Champagne.
- Fill tin with ice, shake vigorously and fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with Champagne, stir gently to incorporate.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice.
