Ingredients
  • 1 ounce suntory toki whisky
  • 3/4 ounce pomp & whimsy gin liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce fino sherry
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup (2:1)
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces champagne
  • 2 strawberries
Directions
  1. Begin by muddling strawberries with honey syrup in a mixing tin; add all other ingredients except Champagne.
  2. Fill tin with ice, shake vigorously and fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with Champagne, stir gently to incorporate.
  3. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
