- 4 Cups water, filtered
- 15 dried organic rose buds
- 20 organic cardamon pods, broken so seeds are let out, use everything
- 1 Cup silvered organic almonds, soaked in a cup of filtered water
- 4 Tablespoons organic coconut sugar or any other type of sweetner
In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add rose buds and cardamom. Let steep for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add soaked almonds with water. In a blender, blend mixture in batches until liquefied. Strain mixture and add back into pot.
Lightly simmer until warm. Add sugar to the desired sweetness. Serve. Enjoy!
