Raw Vegan Doughnut

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soaked then rinsed cashews
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
- 4 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Directions
- Combine the dough ingredients into a food processor and mix until consistency is thick.
- Place the dough into a 3-inch silicon doughnut mold, then put in freezer.
- Mix the melted coconut oil with the maple syrup and vanilla powder.
- Remove doughnut from the freezer and dip into the glaze.
