Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

A wonderfully seasonal way to spice up your morning
pumpkin spice oatmeal

Put down the PSL.... Those things are not great for you. This cinnamon-spiced breakfast is a much healthier way to kick-start your mornings.

  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Ounce Enlightened Roasted Broad Bean Sweet Cinnamon Crisps


Add everything to a small pot except for Crisps. Mix well.

Cook on medium heat until oats are soft and egg is cooked through (add more almond milk if needed)

Top with Crisps. Enjoy!
