If you love pumpkin and want to avoid excess calories, this smoothie is a perfect substitute. A healthy after-dinner treat is perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup puréed pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as Vanilla Kura
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter (optional)

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender in the order.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish with chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and a dash of cinnamon.
