- 1/2 Cup puréed pumpkin
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk
- 1 Cup frozen bananas
- 1/4 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as Vanilla Kura
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter (optional)
Add ingredients to a blender in the order.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and a dash of cinnamon.
