Pumpkin Pecan Crumble Overnight Oats
Total time: 8.28 hours
Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecan
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or container of your choice and stir until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Mix all the butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans together and spread on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8 minutes, remove and cool.
  6. Store in a resealable bag.
  7. Sprinkle on the oatmeal when ready to eat in the morning.
