Spice up your smoothie and your breakfast oatmeal by making a pumpkin apple smoothie bowl.


  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup puréed pumpkin
  • 1/2 Braeburn apple
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as Vanilla Kura


Add ingredients to a blender in the order.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish with coconut flakes and nuts.
