At the Hellman’s 100th Anniversary celebration, a rep shared that this was the brand’s most viewed recipe. Mayo, instead of flour and eggs, helps grated cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs stick to chicken breasts while keeping the meat super moist. Baking instead of frying saves time and calories.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise, such as Hellmann's or Best Food
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 Teaspoons Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.
