Ingredients
- 1 ounce great king street glasgow blend scotch
- 3/4 ounce campari
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup
- 3 ounce dry pear cider
- grapefruit twist
Directions
- Shak all ingredients but the cider and strain over fresh rocks in a tall Collins glass.
- Top with cider and grapefruit twist.
