- 1 package McCormick® Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning Mix, vinegar and oil in large bowl. Add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat well.
Spread Brussels sprouts in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Roast 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and tender, turning halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with bacon.
