This is not the high-calorie dreamsicle of your childhood, but a rich, yogurt substitute that will help boost your immune system and add lean protein to your diet. Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/4 fat-free half-and-half fat-free yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

Combine the orange, half-and-half or yogurt, orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and ice cubes. Process until smooth.
