  • 1.5 ounce macallan 12 year
  • 1 ounce pear syrup
  • .5 ounce oloroso sherry
  • .5 ounce honey syrup
  • .25 ounce lemon juice
  • lemon peel
  • cinnamon stick
  • hot water
Directions
