- 1 cup tigernut flour
- 5 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon water
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop out balls of the dough, and flatten into cookie shapes.
- Let the cookies sit out for 15-20 minutes to dry out, before serving.
