- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- 1 Cup portabello mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 Cup onion, sliced
- 2 Cups dried fusilli pasta
- Salt and pepper
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Top pasta with sauteed mushrooms and onion, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
