Mushroom and Onion Pasta Salad


Try this quick pasta salad recipe with mushrooms and onion for any easy dinner any night of the week. 


  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Cup portabello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup onion, sliced
  • 2 Cups dried fusilli pasta
  • Salt and pepper


Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Top pasta with sauteed mushrooms and onion, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
