Classic cocktails celebrate the meticulous technique and artfulness of marrying relatively few ingredients in perfect harmony to create a simple, yet sophisticated beverage, whereas the tiki craze shows the funky, complex and rich flavors of the rums, fruits and tropical flare of the Caribbean. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce oz barbarossa white rum
- 1/2 ounce park carte blanche (vs) cognac
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/8 ounce giffard banane du brasil
- 3/8 ounce honey syrup
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a tin and hard shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain either on a large rock or coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
