Few combinations are as satisfying as cream, peppermint, chocolate, and mint. Luckily for you this St. Patrick’s Day, this cocktail has all four of those ingredients. Simple in composition but complex in its final flavor, you really can’t ask for more than this.This recipe is courtesy of Molly’s Irish Cream.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounce irish cream, preferably molly’s irish cream
  • 1/4 ounce peppermint schnapps
  • cocoa powder, for garnish
  • mint, for garnish
Directions
  1. Pour Irish cream and peppermint schnapps into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with cocoa powder and mint.
