Roasted Mushrooms
  • 1 pound mixed mushrooms, such as cremini, shiitake, and oyster
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place mushrooms, garlic, and dill on a sheet of parchment-lined foil. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fold and crimp edges of foil to seal. Cook the packet over a campfire until the mushrooms are soft, about 20 minutes.
