A Midnight Kiss

Ingredients

• 1.5 ounce rose flower infused gin
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• .75 ounce house-made grenadine
• 1 egg white

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice Shake until chilled and strained.
2. Add the drink back into the shaker and shake again without ice.
3. Pour the drink into a chilled cocktail glass, and using a heart template spray some Peychaud's bitters.
