- 1.7 fluid ounces tequila
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 0.8 fluid ounces lime juice
- 0.33 fluid ounces sugar syrup
- 2 small pieces of ginger
- 1 lime wedge to garnish
Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into a shaker.
Shake, then strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish. ¡Salud!
