Mexican Mule

Use tequila instead of vodka in this thirst-quenching drink

This recipe replaces the vodka that is normally used in a Moscow mule and uses tequila instead for a delicious, gingery drink.

Ingredients

  • 1.7 fluid ounces tequila
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 0.8 fluid ounces lime juice
  • 0.33 fluid ounces sugar syrup
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 1 lime wedge to garnish

Directions

Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into a shaker.

Shake, then strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish. ¡Salud!
