Ingredients

  • 2 StarKist Gourmet Selects Mediterranean Style Tuna
  • 2 Single Ciabatta Rolls
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted red pepper strips
  • 1 Small tomato, sliced
  • A few red onion slices
  • Sliced black olives
  • Artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 10-12 Medium fresh basil or spinach leaves

Directions

1. Slice bread lengthwise in half.

2. Line one side of the bread with basil leaves and layer vegetables on top.

3. Place tuna on top of vegetables. Top with the other side of the bread.

4. Cut in half and serve.
