- 4 potatoes, peeled, parboiled, and grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 Cup flour
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine four grated potatoes, 1 egg, 1/3 cup flour, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 2: Once all of the ingredients are well mixed, make six equal-sized patties.
Step 3: Place about 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
