- 4 potatoes, peeled, parboiled, and grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 Cup flour
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Take your grated potatoes and incorporate with the egg, flour, salt, pepper, and butter. Once all of the ingredients are mixed well, make six equal-sized patties.
Place about 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
