- 11 Ounces Rice Krispies
- 4 Ounces brown butter
- 10 Teaspoons (20 grams) matcha powder
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 7 1/2 Cups marshmallow
- 1/4 Cup dehydrated strawberries
Mix Rice Krispies, matcha, cut dehydrated strawberries, and salt in a non-reactive bowl.
Brown the butter in a stock pot, then add marshmallows and stir with a wooden spoon.
When brown butter and marshmallows have combined, pour into the Rice Krispies mixture and stir well.
Quickly turn out the mixture into a buttered 1/2-sheet tray. Using slight damp hands (or better yet a bench scraper), flatten out the mixture so that it is even in the pan.
When cooled, remove from the tray and cut into desired shape.
