Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup crushed ice
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth — make sure the ice is completely crushed.
