- 2 Ounces Candy Cane Plymouth gin
- 0.75 Ounce fresh lime
- 0.75 Ounce simple syrup
- Egg white
Blend 1 part crushed candy cane on high with 3 parts Plymouth for 90 seconds. Dry shake all ingredients to incorporate egg white. Add ice, shake, and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with crushed candy cane.
