Calories Per Serving


  • 1/2 package tofu, such as House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu, soft
  • 1 mango, cut into small chunks
  • 1 Cup precooked beets
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 Cup super fine sugar


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least four hours or overnight.
