Low Carb Healthy Nut Crunch
The only problem with these little beauties is they are so good you may eat them all in one sitting! (But because they are so healthy - it doesn't matter!)

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoon yacón syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Place all the nuts in your blender and blend until they are broken up but not crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, add the nuts, sunflower seeds, yacón syrup, and egg white and mix together.
- Spoon the ingredients onto a greased tray.
- Using a sharp knife score the nut crunch into 16 squares.
- Bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees Fahrenheit, then turn the crunch over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
