Love Bird Cocktail


The Love Bird cocktail.

This original cocktail from Anchor Distilling Company, featuring Pink Pigeon Rum, Luxardo Cherry Liqueur, and topped with a maraschino cherry, is a cocktail dripping in Valentine's cheer.


  • 2 Ounces Pink Pigeon Rum
  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters
  • 1/2 Ounce Luxardo Morlacco Cherry liqueur
  • 1/2 Ounce Luxardo Fernet
  • 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry, to garnish


In a mixing glass, add first 3 ingredients over ice. Stir to chill. In a separate coupe glass, add the Luxardo Fernet and swirl glass until it is fully coated with the Fernet. Strain chilled cocktail from mixing glass into the Fernet-rinsed coupe (discard excess Fernet).  Drop Luxardo maraschino cherry into glass and serve neat.
