Lobster Mac and Cheese
Total time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 8 ounce fresh maine lobster, steamed & shelled
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 ounce butter, unsalted
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. In a small saucepan or skillet, heat cream to a slight boil, then whisk in butter, 1/2 of the grated cheese, and seasonings.
  2. Add macaroni to the pan, toss with remaining cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Slice lobster into 1/4-inch pieces and warm slightly in the oven with a little butter.
  4. Spoon noodles into a dish or small bowl, place lobster on top, and spoon a little cheese sauce on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
