Buttery lobster meat is the perfect accompaniment to creamy, cheesy elbow macaroni. This dish will easily become a staple on your family's table for holidays and special celebrations.

  • 8 Ounces fresh Maine lobster, steamed & shelled
  • 1 Pound elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Ounce butter, unsalted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


In a small saucepan or skillet, heat cream to a slight boil, then whisk in butter, 1/2 of the grated cheese, and seasonings.

Add macaroni to the pan, toss with remaining cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Slice lobster into 1/4-inch pieces and warm slightly in the oven with a little butter.

Spoon noodles into a dish or small bowl, place lobster on top, and spoon a little cheese sauce on top.

Serve immediately.
