- 8 Ounces fresh Maine lobster, steamed & shelled
- 1 Pound elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Ounce butter, unsalted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small saucepan or skillet, heat cream to a slight boil, then whisk in butter, 1/2 of the grated cheese, and seasonings.
Add macaroni to the pan, toss with remaining cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Slice lobster into 1/4-inch pieces and warm slightly in the oven with a little butter.
Spoon noodles into a dish or small bowl, place lobster on top, and spoon a little cheese sauce on top.
